Enjoy a firehouse-style breakfast prepared and served by firefighters (including top brass), Fire Department employees, volunteers from CERT and CAST, and Fire Explorers at  fire station #5. The menu includes buttermilk pancakes with sausage and hash browns made from the iconic barbecue trailer.

Kids can become a “Firefighter for a Day” while parents visit with neighbors and friends.  Try on a firefighter uniform, test out equipment, join a mock search and rescue drill, and tour the fire engines and trucks. Be sure to stop by the Fire Station Apparatus Bay (garage for non-fire personnel) to browse t-shirts, hats, and other merchandise for sale by the Chula Vista Firefighter’s Foundation.

NOTE: All pancakes contain gluten. Gluten-free options will NOT be available.
